How Sudane Erato charges for her buildings and landscaping work.
Sudane:"It is very hard to estimate how long a particular project will take. So I do not charge by the day or week. If you propose a project to me, I will offer you a contract which outlines the work which I agree to do and the fee you agree to pay. If you approve of this contract, we will notarize it at the Notary Station off the Neualtenburg Plaza, at my expense. My business is incorporated under the laws of the City of Neualtenburg. If you should have any dissatisfaction with my performance of the terms of the contract, and are unhappy with any remedy which I offer, you may appeal your dispute to the legal authority of the City. In establishing my business there, I am required to deposit security money with the Bank of Neualtenburg. If the dispute is decided in your favor, these funds are meant to compensate you for any money you may have lost in our dispute.
